The Board
of Directors of the Lake Bonaparte Conservation Club, Inc. is a group of
dedicated lake residents who volunteer to serve for a three year term. The
Club's purpose is to protect and preserve the lake for future generations to
enjoy. The LBCC is actively involved with a milfoil control program
administered by the Enviroscience Co. of Stow, Ohio and you are invited to
learn more about the program by following the respective link. In addition,
the club sponsors boater safety and water quality monitoring programs. A
historic gazebo and walkway and welcome to Lake Bonaparte signs are
maintained by the group and the club is an active supporter of the Town of
Diana Historical Museum.
Several activities are sponsored each year including a lake community
picnic, auction, tee shirt night, and flare lighting ceremony. In addition,
the LBCC provides its members with a regularly published newsletter that can
be found on our web site. The club is proud of its fine relationship with
the village of Harrisville, NY and the Town of Diana and its civic
